Life On Line?

Many people said before the election that if Obama would become president that he would get assasinated. The leader of the KKK basically promised that the Klan would do it if he were president. Last time i checked when the KKK last marched in New York City, the police were protecting the KKK members instead of the people. The klan is not nearly strong enough to do something like that. The security im sure will be tighter, but i dont think there will be any seriosu threats against him

Obama pushes economy aside

On 60 minutes, Obama has made comments about changing the college football playoff system since so many are unhappy with it. Most fans are very unhappy with whats going on in college football but should Obama be worrying more about the economy and the war in Iraq? I would love to see something done with all of these topics to be honest with you

Colin Powell Supports Obama

Yesterday former secretary of defenese for President Bush, Colin Powell came out and said that he was supporting Obama in the election?!? WHAT? I dont think anybody saw this coming. Powell is a republican and served on the bush administration for many years. He made the first war in Iraq happen and him and the bush's were bff? So whats going on with not supporting the republican McCain? Does it have anything to do with the race issue...did Bush do something to make him mad? Or does he just agree with all of the other smart Americans in the country and can clearly see that Obama would make a better president. Scandilious indeed.

Sorry about the delay for another blog but i forget my password and couldnt get on forever...anyway everyone is all up in the presidental debate that Bill Mahers new movie, religulous, really hasnt been making huge headlines although it probably should... just the title alone combines religion and ridiculous in word word... in his movie Bill talks about how there is no religion at all and makes a mockery of the bible, jeus, god and many other religious figures saying that it is all not true. In an interview someone asked him if he was Atheist he said no because that would mean that i would believe in something and i dont. Do you think that this movie is offensive? Do you agree with him that there is no god? Let me hear baby

Debate Countdown

2 more days till the first debate between the new canadates! is anyone else as pumped as i am? I believe the topic is foreign policies. many people think that McCain's policies are a lot stronger than Obama's....even if this was true Obama is a billion times better speaker than McCain. And i dont think there will be any proctor there for McCain to read off of again..cough cough...but anyway i think Obama's strong points are gonna be shown in this debate and after them he is really going to skyrocket in the polls...anyone elses feelings?

Bush # 2?

big HL.....did you honestly think that i was gonna hold a blog for the whole year in political science and not tear apart that old man that you want as a president? you say that he is trying to pull away from bush...which would be a very smart idea since he only has a 23 % approval rating in america, but this acceptance speech looks awfully similar to another one that i have heard before...i cant remember who it was though. oh thats right George Bush!
